Who are we looking for?

• Senior ITIL process consultant with good exposure to service design and operations.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience.

Technical Skills:

• Subject matter expert on ITIL processes – Incident, problem, change, asset management life cycle, event management etc.
• Drive discussions with customer stakeholders, document requirements, recommend best practices, KPI’s etc.
• Exposure to performing complex IT operation analysis and design for global IT operations
• Provides process improvement recommendations and solutions based on specific customer/business needs
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of processes which support Enterprise Service Management tools
• Identify and define service catalogue workflows, tiering, routing notifications etc.
• Exposure to ServiceNow modules – ITSM, ITBM, ITOM
• Exposure to project management
• Good communication and customer interaction skills

Process Skills:

• Well versed with ITIL
• Well versed with project management
• Mentoring team members on technical skills

Behavioral Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Mentoring Experience
• Presentation skills
• Working experience in a collaborative and high-performance team

Certification:

• ITIL 4 certified
• SIAM certified (good to have)
• PMP certified (good to have)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
