As Jet Aviation’s Specialist IT Operations, your role is to be a business enabler. By implementing new technologies & services projects you will allow business to focus on their core craft while being empowered by the latest tech tools on the market.

You will provide 3rd level support of the day-to-day operations for Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Windows servers, storage systems, operating systems, databases and standard business applications. You will work together with various IT groups and business partners to implement and maintain technical solutions globally.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive varied infrastructure projects to success, from assessment and planning to implementation and documentation

Manage Information Technology infrastructure within the organization, including the physical environment (e.g. WAN/LAN, servers, terminals), as well as server applications and software

Perform integration, administration, and support of Office 365 & Azure Cloud technologies

Administer and maintain security of operating systems and software environments

Provide L3 support across infrastructure layer and enterprise systems

PowerShell scripting knowledge is advantageous

Focus on continuity of services. Develop and test plans to ensure the continuity of critical business functions and minimize information loss in the event of a disaster

Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

Minimum Requirements:

Job-relevant vocational training/technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience, i.e., Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, etc.) from an accredited university

4-7 years of related work experience

All around profile with very good experience with On-Premises, Hybrid and Cloud infrastructure

Good understanding of networking concepts

Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation

Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders

Strong customer focus

The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
