Position Summary: This position is designed to support the company infrastructure within a fast paced and fast growing environment. Qualified candidate will support multiple facilities within the Southern California area. Remotely support other Gilbert / NIN Facilities.

Job Duties Include:

• Diagnose and repair various Hardware and Software issues
• Diagnose and repair computer problems
• Diagnose and repair Hand Held RF devices
• Diagnose and repair access point devices
• Diagnose and repair other various hardware devices

• Monitor computer systems and servers
• Hardware and software testing, setup and installation
• Support Office 365, VMware, Windows OS and Server, MAC OS
• Schedule and perform routine maintenance
• Train users
• Troubleshoot and repair Hardware and Network connectivity issues
• Document issues with company ticket system
• Create SOP documents when needed.
• Other areas as directed by management

Education and/or Experience:

• Three years minimum
• Great communication with co-workers and customers
• Office 365, Sharepoint, Windows systems, some MAC OS
• Ability to work with employees, customers, and vendors
• Time Management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
