Job Summary: Monitor and maintain all POS (Point of Sales) components, network cabling, and environmental system utilizing escalation procedures for problem resolution. Computer experience perderred, not required for stadium event roles will be paired/trained by staff memeber.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist fellow team members in troubleshooting tactics and communicate effectively to resolve IT issues.
• * Ensure strict adherence to all Levy & Compass Group Information Technology policies and procedures.

• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform the job safely.
• Hard reboot workstations planned for operation based on an open/close list from Operations.
• Walk opened locations throughout the event to ensure no IT issues.
