We do this while minimizing operational and financial impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an individual who will provide technical support to all employees and insured facing problems related to hardware, software, and networking. Their job is to provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting IT issues. This position will provide IT support by serving as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. This person will focus on directing the issue(s) to appropriate resources and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced professional with a full understanding of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. While you have a strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware peripherals, and software, you bring a willingness to learn new technologies. Your experience includes PC’s, a good understanding of Microsoft O365 Products, Windows 10, MAC OS and IOS. In addition to your technical expertise, you bring a wide range of skills including problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High school diploma or GED required. BA/BS degree, preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: May require certification in assigned area.
Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
