We are seeking a top performing Full Life Cycle IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The Information Technology and Supply Chain sectors are two of the strongest projected job growth forecasts for any labor categories through 2025 and beyond. As a result, recruiting talent is in high demand.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top IT talent across all levels and departments of the organization. You must be a highly motivated, driven to succeed individual with a desire to network and communicate with candidates, vendors, partners, employees and clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist the company in meeting staffing and permanent placement revenue/gross profit goals.
Recruit and source technology and supply chain professionals across multiple channels.
Coach candidates through the hiring process; acting as their professional agent.
Managing the full recruitment life cycle for IT positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
Utilizing various recruitment sources, such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
Screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and administering skills tests to evaluate candidates
Negotiating and extending job offers to successful candidates
Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Managing and tracking candidate information in our applicant tracking system
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years recruiting in technology or supply chain staffing and placements services
2+ years Marketing Automation experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit top IT talent

• Prospecting or cold calling skills and ability to train others

Knowledge of various recruitment sources and techniques

• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, indeed, Zoominfo

Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ideally Bullhorn CRM)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
