Job Title: Project Manager (Onsite)

Location: Detroit, MI

Job Duties:

• Plan, direct and coordinate information technology project planning, development and implementation.
• Manage project(s) delivery responsibilities, efforts, and personnel including developers, programmers, analysts, and testers, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within budget and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Assess client needs for projects. Conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects to ensure timeliness, quality assurance level, etc.
• Manage client engagements and client relationships.
• Develop and mentor technical project team members (team size, approximately 3-10, depending on project).
• Confer with technical team members to provide technical advice and inputs to resolve problems.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• A motivated, self-starter with project management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
• 5+ years of experience

Job Type: Contract
