Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager, Digital Transformation. Position can be located in NJ or VA. Great opportunity to lead business transformation programs across the organization, streamlining and advancing capability.

- Define outcome-based business process transformation.
- Leverage opportunities like S/4 HANA to simplify and reduce digital friction.
- Enhance ‘Fit for Purpose’ Business Processes
- Drive standardization with ‘out of the box’ system functionality, assessing any gaps to current process, and defining/executing necessary change management.
Skills:
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-wide projects with successful business outcomes.
- SAP S/4 HANA experience or exposure a plus.
- 5+ years of progressively relevant experience in IT project/program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Ability to drive accountability within the team and with peers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills including active listening.
- Attentive to detail but able to see the big picture.
- Some travel is required (25%)
