Primary Responsibilities

• Drive project and/or scrum team delivery by capability
• Project Management – Manage RAID, Milestones, Deliverables, Activities, Change Requests, etc.
• Work Management – Support Design, Build and Unit Test phases
• Test Management – Support SIT and UAT inclusive of Results & Defects
• Integration and Coordination – Monitor and track dependencies associated with related projects and operations teams as applicable
• Financial Management – Work with PMO Finance, Program Manager and 4-in-a-box leads to manage project budget
• Stakeholder Management – Establish the right level of transparency, trust and collaboration with GPO’s , DTS sub-Leads/SME’s & Partner SME’s
• Communication Management – Prepare & rollout a comprehensive communication plan in order to keep the key stakeholders apprise of the execution/progress
• Participate and coach teams through Program Increment (PI) Planning and PI Execution
• Supports work management (ADO) tool setup and tracking
• Establish team events and cadence by project or scrum team
• Participates in Process Integration Meetings
• Generates and validates Process Team metrics
• Facilitates Daily Scrum Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective
• Manages Sprint execution, Test cycle execution and help remove roadblocks for team
• Work with Global Process Leader on Sprint Plan refinement and scheduling demos

Skills: Technical Skills:

• 7+ years’ experience as a program/project manager with a track record of successful delivery on large transformation programs
• 7+ years’ experience leading complex cross-organizational programs and land them with on time and with high quality
• 5+ years of program/project management experience working with global teams in a related industry or segment
• Able to solve organizational problems, articulate views/roadmaps for future development, and understand the interaction between infrastructure, operations, and development.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences. Strong written skills, able to create complex narratives with a high level of quality.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Can facilitate the analysis of business processes, and articulate potential changes to business processes in a lucid manner, both orally and in writing
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification/Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (or equivalent) is strongly preferred
• Has a comprehensive knowledge of relevant development life-cycles and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones
