Job Scope:

The primary purpose of the Project Coordinator role is to aid the Project Manager, oversee and ensure the successful delivery of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value. The role will work with technology teams and directly support the IT Project Manager with overall project management and planning for the Professional Services and Managed Services organizations.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for phases of the project

· Provide status and progress reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, proposals, requirements documentation, dependencies, risks, and issues.

· Prepare presentations to various audiences, including the project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

· Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.

· Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

· Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract.

· Understand the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services.

· Manage aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.

Qualifications

· BS/BA from an accredited college or university; up to five years of relevant corporate PMO, OM experience in a consultative of a service organization

· Desirable certifications include (not all required): PMP, PgMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agile.

· Proficient with Microsoft tools - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Connectwise & JIRA.

· Minimum 5 years of work experience in professional services or consulting environments.

· Knowledge of major business technologies is a bonus (such as Cloud, Microsoft, and Cisco)

· Methodology Experience: Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall

· Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.

· Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

· The ability to help mentor junior and intermediate PM’s enabling growth and continued success, is a plus

· Not afraid to break ground on new relationships and skillfully overcome challenges with customers and team members

· Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines
