Client is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for leading/supporting efforts associated with project and program level communications pertaining to governance forums management and administration.
The candidate will also be responsible for facilitating IT Governance forums, such as Executive and Change Control boards.

Interface with business stakeholders may occur daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $44.00 - $47.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Governance Communications management: 7 years (Preferred)
• Information technology systems and terminology: 7 years (Preferred)
• Interpreting complex and detailed technical information: 7 years (Preferred)

• Organize and facilitate meetings: 7 years (Preferred)
• Facilitate a governance forum using Robert's Rules: 7 years (Preferred)
• Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate: 7 years (Preferred)
• Developing healthy relationships with stakeholders: 7 years (Preferred)
• Support internal and external communications: 7 years (Preferred)
• Evaluating results of communication efforts: 7 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite: 7 years (Preferred)
• Web, graphic and visual design: 3 years (Preferred)
• Developing executive-level meeting materials: 3 years (Preferred)
• HIPAA, PHI, and PII: 3 years (Preferred)
