The KGS Digital Workforce team provides technology, services, and expertise that enables employees across Koch Industries with end to end automation solutions. As a Digital Workforce Product Owner, you will be responsible for working closely with our business stakeholders and partnering with the extended scrum team to deliver the highest value outcomes to our customers.

This is a senior role on the team and while it will not have direct reports, will be looked to as a leader to help handle complex issues, develop team members, and drive effective decision making for our team and customers.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Be the Voice of stakeholders, representing needs, wants and desires
• Understand your stakeholder’s vision, strategies, and the capabilities they need to maximize their value creation.
• Grown, maintain, and prioritize our backlog
• Measure and share our performance outcomes
• Market profitable "known good" solutions
• Partner in breaking down highly complex epics into manageable stories
• Participate in experimentation, evaluation, and selection of new technology solutions where profitable
• Understanding the market and leading practices within the marketplace for our products

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Must love to communicate, communicate, communicate
• Ability to build strong genuine relationships
• 2+ years experience in working on complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience applying risk-adjusted economic and analytical thinking
• Experience communicating and partnering within cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization
• Experience influencing and collaborating with peers and customers at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and in ambiguity.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with Business Process Automation tools (RPA, OCR, LCNC, etc…)
• Experience Automating Enterprise Business Processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc…)
• Experience implementing projects using Agile Methodologies
• Experience driving product vision and strategies
