Our Contact Center will create a dynamic first impression that inspires our customer to choose RNR Tire Express while sharing an over the top, WOW service experience with others. The Contact Center is our heartbeat for creating marketing ads on multiple social media platforms, reaching out to internet leads, ultimately creating a high percentage of opportunities for CLOSED sales of tires and wheels.

Requirements/Responsibilities
*****Ultimately this is a unique opportunity for HIGH Producing Sales Closers*****
> High level of professionalism, excellent interpersonal communication skills, written, phone and in person
>Informs potential clients by explaining our program; answering questions; providing information through media and direct phone communication
> Maintains and creates marketing promotions/programs, creative communications through multi-media and text marketing promotions
> Strong computer skills! Maintains equipment and software by ongoing learning, research and solutions
> Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
> Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, closing sales, forwarding info to 6 locations
> Updates product knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational
opportunities, understanding and updating pricing, procedures, etc.
> Adheres to inbound and outbound call volume specifications
>Work Full-Time, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM including Saturdays
>Qualifications High school diploma or GED required
>Bilingual – Spanish (Recommended)
