Job Description
KORE Software is looking for a talented IT Manager to join our team. This full-time position will give you the opportunity to manage the IT footprint of a 200 person company with employees around the world, identify and mitigate security risks and drive operational excellence. You will be expected to bring your expertise and recommendations on improving KORE's current IT systems and collaborate on delivering solutions to technology challenges.
Here's an idea of what you'll be working on starting day 1:
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory across all employees
- Build project plan to consolidate recently acquired companies
- Collaborate with engineering and information security teams to document and remove security risks
- Reporting KPIs related to security, cost and new initiatives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage IT team and deploy resources to support the organization
- Be well-versed in Microsoft 365, Crowdstrike and Vanta
- Work with a fully remote employee base around the world and implement appropriate device management policies
- Collaborate with cloud engineering to ensure AWS footprint is secured in accordance with IT policies
- Participate in compliance efforts (SOC 2 Type 2, Penetration Testing, ISO27001)
- Optimize onboarding and offboarding procedures and policies
- Conduct regular system and permission audits
- Manage allocation and reporting of IT budget
- Maintain a high level of security in all systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT professional including management of people
- Demonstrated experience driving the continuous improvement of systems and processes utilizing automation
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Experience running an organization using Microsoft 365 and AD
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services
