SUPER73 is seeking an IT Manager to join our team. You will get exposed to new types of skills, responsibilities, topics, and collaborators on a regular basis. The IT Manager is responsible for balancing day-to-day requests while continuing to advance the team’s broader objectives and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Function as a member of the management team, strategic partner on information technology matters
  • Ensure Information Systems/Information Technology strategies align with overall organizational mission and vision
  • Drive or maintain overall responsibility to provide for the continuance of the daily operation of Helpdesk services, network services, connectivity, security, change management, and customized computer equipment
  • Monitor the Helpdesk for IT ticket requests and provide the second level of support. To also escalate as appropriate.
  • Train new hires on agency software/hardware on the 1st day of hire
  • Manage procurement, repair, and issuance of end user equipment, working in conjunction with other departmental managers.
  • Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Serve as daily contact between US, EMEA and Asia
  • Troubleshoot user onsite IT issues in Service Center, HQ, EMEA and Asia
  • Maintain camera and alarm systems for both HQ and Service Center
  • Maintain related documentation for incidents, work orders, change requests, and project tasks
  • Maintain support documentation in a centralized knowledge base
  • Monitor self and team KPIs; ensure performance metrics are met or exceeded
  • Build strong relationships with all management to build trust, support, and optimize customer satisfaction at all levels
  • Develop standards and procedures for selection, implementation, integration, and support of systems
  • Monitor the productivity of information systems resources and manage those resources in a cost-effective, flexible, and timely manner
  • Develop and monitor annual information resources operating and capital budgets to ensure that areas of responsibility have the necessary funding to carry out established organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure information security policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate levels of internal controls
  • Maintain security initiatives throughout the organization
  • Perform IT risk assessment and make recommendation for remediation measures
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, advances, and IT trends
  • Thoughtfully manage various providers of managed services, solution vendors, and contractors as part of the service delivery team
  • Evaluate vendor alternatives, perform appropriate cost benefit analysis, and recommend solutions that maximize effectiveness and minimize costs commensurate with acceptable risks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience working in a SaaS IT environment required
  • Cybersecurity and IT security with SaaS and IaaS experience required
  • Experience with AWS provisioning resources, network policies and security required
  • Experience with hardening systems, analyzing a compromised architecture, and appropriate remediation
  • Experience with SSO and VPN required
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) required
  • A minimum of three (3) years as a successful IT Management and People Manager
  • Experience with SQL, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, SAML a plus
  • Demonstrated success and expertise in broad information technology for consumer brands
  • Must be able to supervise and possess ability to understand business requirements to match with appropriate information technology based solutions
  • Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to interact with team members at various levels of sophistication to interpret and guide their use of information/communications technology to meet their goals
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed

COMPENSATION:

The salary range in CA for this role is $83,000-$124,000 and represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
