This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate leader to join our Infrastructure and Operations team as an IT Infrastructure Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will coach, train, and mentor your team to meet their individual work and personal growth goals that support company objectives. Our ideal candidate will have experience in establishing standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure including networks, servers, internal and external vendor application. They will be equipped to adapt quickly to new challenges or high priorities coming in as well as be able to clear road blocks out of the way for employees to reach their deadlines/goals.

In this position you will be responsible for managing your team’s day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction. You will provide leadership in planning and managing systems, data center operations, and service delivery, in order to provide efficient and effective services to the organization to help sustain profit and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in professional experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity of data center teams, or demonstrated potential for supervision/management.
• Record of providing results with infrastructure and operations.
• Knowledgeable of best practices.
• Strong project management and experience working with vendors.
