- Role: Printer Support Technician - IT Helpdesk
- Job Location: Plano, TX
- Duration: 4 Months
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and configure Printers and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting printer software and hardware.
- Install and repair Printers.
- LAN and Cabling.
- Performs the job-related duties as required.
- Flexible to work overtime when needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 ~ 5 years of printer management area and/or related education/training
- Experience with any Asset Management toolset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong knowledge of MS Excel and Access
- Able to install and configure Printers and peripherals
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
