Main Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Helpdesk Administrator will support end users with daily software and hardware needs. Additionally, some business application and network support may be required. Some night and weekend work will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical assistance to on-site and remote users.
  • Active directory/AzureAD hybrid infrastructure accounts and groups administration, including account access and unlocking/password changes, group membership assignments.
  • Desktop hardware and peripherals support, such as monitors, keyboard/mouse, printers, copiers, scanners, and phones, including coordinating vendor support.
  • Software support for approved business applications, including O365 suite, Teams, Nitro PDF, VPN client software.
  • Network and phone system support with the guidance of System Administrators and Network Team.
  • Software, firmware, and security update deployment.
  • Problem resolution based on research and technical experience.
  • Ticketing queue management, ticket assignment and triage.
  • On-site user and hardware moves and changes.
  • New hire onboarding and user offboarding.
  • Documentation creation for user education.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues using sound logical processes.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and O365 services.
  • Working knowledge of computers and peripherals.
  • Ability to evaluate end user support requests and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to track and document resolution of user problems using helpdesk tools.
  • Excellent communication, personal and organizational skills are required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Some weekends and overtime are necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned

CompTIA A+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
