Consumer Focus™ Marketing is searching for an IT Customer Service Representative to assist the web development team. Consumer Focus Marketing is a unique product-service marketing agency that specializes in providing services to the energy industry. The IT Customer Service Representative will work closely with Consumer Focus Marketing's Senior Web Developer and marketing team on a variety of tasks and projects related to our client and internal websites.

This is an evolving role and may eventually include additional responsibilities that aren't listed here.

Specific Tasks will involve:

• Organize and manage incoming support/web edit requests
• Monitor ongoing development projects
• Communicate with clients and team members via phone and email with updates on their requests
• Answer common client and internal questions
• Assist in troubleshooting web issues

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to problem solve independently.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision
• Accepts constructive criticism and applies feedback to their work
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and efficiently prioritize tasks for the development team.
• Experience with general tech support and customer service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience
• A willingness to learn basic programming skills (HTML5 / CSS3, PHP, etc.)
• Basic understanding of how to handle personal information.

Additional Skills (Not Required)

• Knowledge of hosting and DNS management a plus
• WordPress and CMS experience a plus
• Network administration experience a plus
• Knowledge of W3C accessibility standards
• Ticketing systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a huge plus
