Position Location: Preference will be given to candidates already residing in the southwestern Kentucky region commutable to our Bowling Green office. We will consider fully remote candidates provided they’re willing to travel to Bowling Green with some regularity.

Key contributor to the development of applications and system interfaces supporting our various CRM, ERP, POS and Dealership, membership and web systems running within our environment. The ability to communicate with and support various internal customers is critical to the success of this position. As a part of the Integrations team, this position will also be required to participate in support activities including after hours on-call and system monitoring. Reports to the Manager of Development.

• Our Integrations Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, and testing of complex system integration processes.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of software development including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and support (focus will be on requirements gathering, design and testing of software).
• Work with end users at all business levels on training requirements for the use of existing and new applications, including writing and delivering training material as needed.
• This is a critical role in maintaining the cohesion between the business stakeholders and the technology delivery teams. It requires a deep and broad technology background, but this is not a development position.
• Participate / lead complex project design teams and design review sessions.
• Understand the project architecture and translate into efficient designs that are scalable, maintainable, and re-usable, ensuring that designs are aligned with business and technical strategy.
• Clarify and resolve design related issues with developers.
• Contribute to and review test strategy and test plans.
• Develop, maintain and manage system artifacts and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions
• Knowledge and experience having worked with projects with some of following: .NET Core, C#, JAVA, JAVAscript, PHP, Angular, Symfony, ReactJS….
• Demonstrated experience in solution design.
• Skilled leading and/or participating in system design activities including technical requirement writing experience and ability to lead collaboration for important design decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment including employees, vendors, and third-party contractors.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Strong understanding and adherence to IT SDLC and operational best practices
• Experience using a combination of Agile and Waterfall project methodology.
• Experience with project management platforms including Confluence and Jira strongly preferred.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work well on multiple projects frequently with competing and shifting priorities.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills including the use of written, electronic, and verbal communication.
• Flexible scheduling sometimes required including evening and weekend work as needed.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes Administration.
• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience writing automated tests.
