AAA Southern Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for an IT Associate in our Headquarters Office located in York, PA.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to daily user requests and resolve issues in a productive manner.
• Log time and problem resolutions via IT ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install computer systems.
• Install, configure, and automate software installations.
• Create and update detailed documentation as required.
• Troubleshoot various software and hardware related issues.
• Evaluate system performance and respond to issues.
• Support Windows 10 and Windows server 2012/2016.
• Support Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
• Familiarity with the following also desired: VMware virtual environments, networking and network components, and basic troubleshooting methodologies.

Key Requirements Include:

• Post high school education (technical school or college) or 2+ years work-related experience.
• Motivated self-starter willing to work as needed to get the job done.
