Job description

The client is looking for a candidate who will provides application and user support on a continuing basis, troubleshoot and resolves end-user problems.

The ideal candidate will analyzes, designs, and develops software modifications to meet users' needs.
Responsibilities

• Contribute to the effective and efficient handling of all levels of technical support cases from basic user

questions to issues requiring more in-depth technical and problem-solving skills

• Listen to customer concerns and issues, use appropriate troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques to isolate root cause of problems, and recommend appropriate solutions to the customer to resolve the problem
• Independently diagnose and resolve problems related to our applications
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues
• Requires working at a fast pace, across multiple cases while maintaining close attention to detail.
• Ensure detailed recording of issues in tickets for engineering work
• Facilitate communication between customers and other teams in the resolution of issues

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $47.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Java/J2EE: 3 years (Preferred)
• JavaScript: 3 years (Preferred)

• Eclipse IDE: 3 years (Preferred)
• Technical Support: 3 years (Preferred)
• Oracle / SQL Server databases: 2 years (Preferred)
• Git code repositories: 1 year (Preferred)
