WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Provide first level basic technical support to internal and external customers via the service desk regarding computer hardware or software operation.
Maintain and distribute documentation of reported issues or requests related to the users business technology needs.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving computer related problems or failures and providing hardware support to end users on peripheral, networked and mobile devices including minor repairs, configuration and/or replacement requests of defective peripherals.
Learn to identify and resolve system hardware problems with the assistance of hardware or escalate to resolver teams or vendors as necessary.
Assist in providing both telephone and remedial instruction to users on standard desktop and enterprise applications utilized by the Franciscan Alliance business units.
Maintain service desk tickets within the service management application of incoming requests for service.
Respond to service desk calls, email, or other electronic communication in a prompt and courteous manner; prioritize multiple service desk calls and requests for service.
Troubleshoot and identify issues in a timely manner to achieve customer satisfaction; resolve basic issues, including user account and password resets; and provide follow-up with users to ensure issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Preferred and
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred and
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Nonrelevant work experience. Required
