Our client, a multi-national industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Invoice Processor. In this role, you will be responsible to generate revenue by managing invoice processing to ensure accuracy, and expedient payment and also need to generate invoices for reagents and consumables, using customer specific portal (WAWF & Tungsten) for invoicing Government accounts.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

• 2 years’ experience with Government invoicing (WAWF)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Willingness to carefully look through customer sales contracts and purchase orders to gain comfort with invoice amounts and terms
• Able to work in a team environment, be flexible, reliable, and supportive
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of WAWF /IPEE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cary, NC 27511: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
