Staff Management Group is currently looking for an Inventory Supervisor for our client in Monroe Township, NJ.

Pay rate from $25.00 to $30.00 based on experience.

The schedule is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm from M-F. (sometimes OT)

Summary/Objective:
The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the overall warehouse inventory accuracy of customers in a multi-client facility.

Essential Functions:

• Troubleshooting and resolving inventory variance by clients in WMS
• Report any inventory discrepancies that cause financial or potential operational issues.
• Monitors inventory levels in Multiclient operations.
• Oversee the return to the stock of all residual products after job completion.
• Communicate with clients and maintain the role of key contact for inventory issues.
• Responsible for coordination of the annual physical inventory process
• Assists with monitoring and reporting error trends by SKUs and or pallet via daily comparison reports.
• Strong people skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.

Other duties assigned as needed.

Skills:

• 3-5  Years plus in Warehouse
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently.
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of WMS
• Bi-lingual – English, and Spanish- A plus
