POSITION TITLE: Inventory Coordinator

REPORTING TO: Inventory Supervisor

LOCATION: Eddystone, Pa

The Inventory Coordinator, under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor, is responsible for monitoring inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods for accuracy on a daily basis. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with established internal inventory control procedures by communicating effectively across departments and providing timely, accurate information to colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintains accuracy of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory

• Investigates and reconciles discrepancies between SAP inventory and physical stock

• Reviews consumption of raw materials and delivery of finished goods to identify discrepancies

• Posts inventory changes/adjustments in SAP

• Executes and confirms transfers in SAP

• Reports damaged goods to Inventory Supervisor

• Obtains approval to scrap material

• Ensures cycle counts and physical inventories are completed in accordance with BC procedures

• Identifies, analyzes, and addresses gaps in inventory process

• Supports warehouse logistics

• Works with Warehouse Supervisors to optimize efficient storage bin utilization

• Maintains compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as cGMPs and other regulatory requirements

• Promotes a safe working environment

About you:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; AA/AS or BA/BS degree a plus

• Inventory control experience with emphasis on food industry desired

• ERP or related experience needed, SAP experience is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

• Reliable

• Highly organized

• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills

• Excellent time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

• Aptitude for building and maintaining strong working relationships

• Good written and spoken communication skills

• Must be a team player committed to providing a safe food product

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Inventory control: 3 years (Required)
