Job description
The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis. The Inventory Control Analyst reconciles and maintains the accuracy of the inventory within our ERP system for finished goods (energy drink) items on a national level. This person will scan stock to ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of product storage as well as oversee day to day inventory functions by maintaining records of value, count, and type of materials at the warehouse location and participate in conducting audits. This individual will also support Month End Close and Year End Close processes.
Inventory Control
Responsible for inventory control topics between Red Bull North America (RBNA), RB HQ and Logistics Partners
Maintain and process warehouse claims, samples and disposals
Execute daily/weekly receipt and shipment reconciliation
Organize and stage product to support daily warehouse operations.
Verify products have the correct SKU quantities.
Execute stock adjustments, restocks and stock movements within the facility.
Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to SAP.
Inspect and audit the quality of the product ensuring no damage to the product or the pallet.
Follow damaged inventory control process ensuring damaged stock is shipped out and destroyed properly.
Follow damaged pallet process, ensuring the pallet is marked out of stock and then moving the pallet to the correct location within the facility.
Collaboratively work with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners.
Direct resource for clearing non mechanical issues that occur within our LGV units for operational support.
SYSTEMS SUPPORT
E80 – LGV automation
Monitor Electronic data interfaces between RBNA and Partners and resolve any issues
Ensure proper controls are formally documented and established for all inventory processes
Complete weekly operations checks enabling finance to submit weekly sales.
Operations
Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Perform safety inspections and audits as required.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Able to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day
