ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for cycle count team, overseeing physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits and reconciliations. • Ensure cycle count team carries out their daily tasks in a professional and timely manner. • Generate daily cycle counts from the MAPICS cycle count program or as requested by management; distribute to each team member for cycle counting • Enter cycle counts in MAPICS when cycle counters turn in the cycle count sheets. • Run variance reports, research variances, and make corrections daily. • Respond to emails and phone messages concerning inventory issues • Compile reports as requested by management. • Track and report non-conforming product. • Ensure excellent communication channels between employees and management. • Must be able to present cycle count results and root cause /corrective action in a weekly meeting with plant leadership. • Other duties as assigned. • Responsible for applying all requirements related to EMS, ISO9001/14001/50001/Green Spirit according to the position. The activities to be carried out include the following energy management system information, indicated but not limited to: Knowledge and understanding of the energy policy of the plant, which must follow and promote, as well as knowledge and identification of the Significant Energy Uses (SEUs) and its operational controls, maintenance, objectives, actions plans and energy indicators performance.
