Position Summary

As an Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible to assist with the control, tracking of inventory data systematically. Additional responsibilities may be needed depending on the department and business needs.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in data entry
• Minimal Inventory Control experience
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work individually as well as with others in a collaborative team environment
• MS Office experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist submitting examined detailed plans/blueprints
• Assist in submitting designs to vendors and gaining quotes for individual projects in California
• Corresponde efficiently with emails, calls and follow ups in regards to customer shipments
• Maintain and update CRM with shipment and inventory records
• Inventory tracking
• Assist with data entry of inventory data
• Assist in receiving products, taking note of shortages, overages, and matching products to invoicing
• Assist in informing customer service personnel and/or any production of any production delays
• Assist with accurate monitoring of raw materials inventory, analysis, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
• Assist with communications with Director of Construction and other dept managers to assist the purchasing department with forecasting and reporting of all inventories
• Assist in stocking warehouse
• Assist and initiate/process orders as required to facilitate just in time production
• Foster relationships with contractors, city & county inspectors, Install teams, field management
• Ability to have a great understanding of the detailed plans/blueprints
• Ordering materials for projects
• Keep track all inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
