Job Description


The Internal Control Analyst will assist the Internal Control Director in all tasks related to the Internal Control framework for multiple brands within the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Shared Services team.

Location: East Brunswick, NJ (with frequent commutes to Manhattan, NYC)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform the annual Internal Control self-assessment campaign for all the LVMH P&C North American entities
  • Run the Internal Control test plan and provide an overview of the results
  • Participate to new procedures implementation and control their application ensuring a continuous improvement of business processes
  • Participate to Internal Control reviews on specific ad hoc topics
  • Participate to operational and financial audit reviews
  • Ensure a regular follow up of action plans of previous audits
  • Participate to ad hoc missions with operational teams to improve existing processes or in the context of a new implementation (ex: Business Continuity Planning)
  • Be a strong member of the LVMH Group/Perfumes and Cosmetics Internal Control & Audit communities
  • Contribute to the fight against fraud and promote the LVMH Ethics and Compliance program

Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Internal or External Audit, ideally in the retail/CPG environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, etc.)
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Rigorous and reliable
  • Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented
  • Good communications skills- verbal and written
