Responsibilities:
- Develop written materials and visual assets such as emails, newsletters, internal websites, presentations, talking points, blog posts, and more.
- Lead writing and managing editorial calendar, as well as design basic graphics, for internal employee newsletter.
- Provides planning, content development, coordination for virtual All Employee events.
- Work with business partners to develop employee training materials, videos, and more.
- Support the team in developing and executing strategic internal communications plan, aligning our messaging with our team’s culture.
- Create employee engagement activities and measure employee feedback through surveys.
- This role supports the business operations of the company’s technology team.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on simplifying complex information
- Organizational skills a must, with ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with staff at all levels
- Critical thinking and business instincts
- Ability to understand technical topics
- Familiar with creating basic graphics for slide creation, videos, and more
- 1-3 years of Communications experience. Corporate preferred.
