We are looking for an Interline Partnership Manager to join our North American Services team! The Interline Partnership Manager will identify, develop, recommend, and implement enhancements to interline pricing and distribution channel strategies. This position will formulate, implement, and manage interline pricing and distribution policies to maximize network revenue. The Interline Partnership Manager will also develop partnerships with interlines on the inbound and outbound side of the business, develop relationships with agents, work with large national accounts, and act as an escalation point of partners, agents, and large national accounts they could oversee.
Wage: $60,000-$90,000 (Depending on Experience and Skills)
Hours: Monday-Friday (Must be able to work irregular hours and occasional weekends)

- Work with Interline Partners and Agents to ensure that all pickup and delivery requirements are achieved. This will be done through, but not limited to the following items: ensure communications between operations groups, EDI connections between companies, check-in process of inbound and outbound freight, automated POD processes in place, and serve as escalation point.
- Identifies possible Interline Partners and Agents to pursue additional revenue and increase service coverage area.
- Negotiate interline agreements that support competitive and profitable interline pricing and ensure that all commercial interline opportunities can be optimized in a timely manner and provide sustainable revenue.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic and tactical pricing and distribution strategies/policies using a variety of on-line and direct sales channels to strengthen market specific strategies and tactical initiatives that offset low periods and stimulate improved market share.
- Monitor competitive and economic market activities and ensure the continued achievement of corporate objectives by proactively adjusting current interline policies and practices.
- On an ongoing basis, track and monitor the results of interline pricing programs and initiatives and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the continued realization of financial objectives.
- Work as a liaison between operations and the Interline Partner or Agent, must learn all interchange operational process and the workflow.
- Work leads and pursues business of large national accounts over $250k to help grow overall company revenue.
- Creates a positive and productive work atmosphere by communicating and behaving in a professional and team-like manner with all other employees.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Related education or comparable experience within the industry, including at least 5 years in client relationship management, professional services, business development, team leadership, and sales.
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organization, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing projects effectively and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Highly ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to hold oneself accountable for achieving targets and results.
