Job Description: Interiors Crew Lead/Lead Interior Installer

• Coordinate and install electrical, plumbing and millwork on Nook’s custom and standard model lines.
• Installation of rough ins, trims, and cabinetry supplied by others, as well as fabrication and installation of custom millwork as required.
• Project and estimate plumbing, electrical and millwork materials needed, and work with project manager for ensuring advance orders of components.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of electrical and plumbing systems, as well as construction of cabinetry and interior woodwork.
• Hands on experience with new construction and remodeling/renovation projects, and an understanding of how building systems work with one another
• Welding proficiency helpful

Pay: $210.00 - $280.00 per day
