Requirements:
- Associate degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Execute and champion our In-Home Design program
- Manage the stores visual merchandising
- Train, coach, and develop your team
- The flexibility and willingness to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
