Interior Designer – Austin

We are currently seeking a Interior Design Professional to join our team of professionals in our Austin office. The Interior Designer will have a diverse range of project types including Commercial Interiors, Corporate, Higher Education, and Hospitality. This position will collaborate with architecture and offer a wide variety of experience and opportunities for growth. The Interiors Department offers a fast paced, supportive and encouraging environment and provides the opportunity to learn about other parts of the firm’s business. EOE

Position Description:

• Create design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Work collaboratively with architectural staff.
• Exhibit an understanding of design concepts and produce project presentations and documentation to support that concept.
• Experience with specifications and coordination with construction documents.
• Experience with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection.
• Coordinate documentation work with project team.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 Years of Related Experience
• Photoshop, InDesign, Revit required & Sketch-Up experience preferred, Excel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Be a collaborative team member

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Revit: 2 years (Preferred)
• Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)
