Qualifications:

  • 1 year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and appropriately documents new referrals in a timely manner.
  • Verifies medical eligibility and pre-authorizations.
  • Provides effective communication to patients/clients, staff members, and other health care professionals and referral sources.
  • Responds to patient/client needs in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
  • Proficiency in working with multiple software products.
