Bert Maxwell Allstate Insurance, a well-established insurance agency of 33 years, of DeSoto, TX is hiring for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

• Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date
• At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required
• Life & Health license is a plus
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,900.00 - $99,753.40 per year
