We’re looking for highly-motivated individuals who will provide excellent insurance solutions to our clients.

A growing independent insurance agency, Eck Agency is driven by the success of our clients. Because we’re connected to multiple carriers, we can give our clients multiple options for improved and less expensive coverage, and in turn, more sales opportunities for our agents.

We are currently hiring hard working individuals to focus on property and casualty insurance sales – specifically business, home, auto, farm and recreational (boat, RV, motorcycle) insurance products. As experience and insurance knowledge grows, there will be opportunity to add life and health products to your sales portfolio, giving you even more resources to increase personal income.

You do not need insurance nor sales experience, though both are beneficial. We will train the right candidates who:

We are looking to hire for multiple full-time positions, with the option to work out of any of our six south central Kansas locations:

• 217 N Main, Cheney
• 540 S Broadway, Wichita
• 223 S Main, Norwich
• 118 S Main, Medicine Lodge
• 123 N Main, Attica
• 135 Christian Ave, Moundridge (KSI Agency)
• Remote opportunities will be considered for experienced candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
