On Site - Insurance Follow-Up Representative

Depending on Project:
- Evaluate unpaid claims, determine next steps to resolve or escalate
- Work with insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims
- Work in client systems to adjust status' and/or balances
- Work through client assigned tasks meeting assigned metrics
- All other duties as assigned
Pay based on Evaluation/Experience - Training available to the right candidates

- Must be able to operate computer and office applications
- Knowledge and understanding of Insurance Terms, Filing Limits
- Ability to learn client systems quickly
- Experience on one or more Hospital or Physician software systems (Cerner, Epic, Meditech, etc.)
- Experience with Clearing House / Billing Systems
- Ability to perform duties with minimal assistance
