Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding agencyteam. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in-office. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Handle every customer inquiry with sense of urgency and empathy
- Process customer policy change requests
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
- Take premium payments from customers
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Value customer-care and retention
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Requirements
- Must have applicable license or must obtain applicable licensing requirements.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills - verbal,listening & in-person
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Professionalphone etiquette
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
