Personnel Source is currently directly hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a fast growing real estate investment firm. The ideal person for the role is a sharp, sales executive that can produce results, generate quality leads and land deals.
Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative
- 1-2 years Proven Sales, Out Bound Sales, or Telemarketing experience (preferred but not required)
- High School Graduate or Bachelor's (preferred)
- Looking for individuals with drive
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stay on task and meet goals
- Real Estate or outbound sales experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied activities and simultaneous projects
- Relationship and rapport building through outbound calling with a focus on achieving the engagement and commitment of others
- Pre-screening sellers based on seller motivation level, sense of urgency and other lead selling indicators.
- Quick decision making in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers.
- Set appointments for Senior Acquisitions Reps based on seller motivation and equity.
- Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in company CRM.
- Assign potential realtor listings to list agents.
Compensation for the Inside Sales Representative
$32,000.00 to $65,000.00 (Base salary + Plus Commissions/Bonuses)
Top Earners can easily earn: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 a year with advancement opportunity.
