We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and results-driven for our Outbound Sales position. You are the first point of contact for our customers who require a credible and professional company to help solve their unique situations. At Dwela we are problem solvers.
The Job:
- Place outbound calls to potential clients to learn about their needs for the company’s services.
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone call campaigns.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers.
- Build relationships with clients and other call center team members.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understand and strive to exceed call center metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
You Are:
- Exceptional at customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software.
- Ability to ask questions to understand customer needs for the company’s services.
- Strong time management.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Detail-oriented.
Education and Background
- This position requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of call center experience. Outbound call center experience is a plus.
- A real estate license is not required.
- This path can often start as an entry-level position but can have opportunities for advancement, based on experience and performance.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay - $12-$15
- A Lucrative Bonus Structure
Location
- In person, at office.
- After onboarding is completed and your transition to your regular position, your schedule will run Monday – Friday, and your schedule will be set between the hours of 8AM-7PM CST.
