We’re looking for a curious and motivated individual to help us push our industry forward. The Inside Sales Coordinator will showcase our brand to help increase brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities, working directly with our Pole Base sales team. You’ll attend trade shows and industry events, networking with current customers and potential new ones. You’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced, highly motivated, growing team assisting with sales quoting, order processing, customer service, and market research for Aster Brands. Aster Brands, an international leader in manufacturing who’s committed to unleashing possibilities in concrete manufacturing. In a nutshell, we design innovative precast concrete products and license manufacturing equipment.

Goals and Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Market Research
  • Performing outbound sales emails and phone calls
  • Promote the Pole Base brand in new and existing markets
  • Minimal travel to attend trade shows, industry events and make customer visits

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Can multi-task like a pro, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, verbal and written communication
  • Have Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace experience
  • Thrive in personal organization and time management
  • Have a bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years work experience in sales or marketing or an equivalent combination
