Timeshares By Owner is an A+ BBB celebrity-endorsed internet marketing firm that helps people sell or rent their timeshares without a real estate broker.

We are hiring fronters with great leads, hours, and benefits including 401(k) matching, health, vision, training, and an outstanding company culture.

Responsibilities:

Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current

• Sell our industry leading, proven marketing program to timeshare owners throughout the United States
• Pass leads over to Closers
• Telemarketing, Timeshare, sales, or collection experience is a plus, but we will train
• Ability to multi-task, listening skills, and data entry
• Must be able to read scripts smoothly so that conversations have a comfortable flow
• Demonstrate that you are self-motivated and highly driven
• Need a competitive nature with a coach-able personality
• Computer skills and ability to navigate dialer program
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team or individually

Qualifications:

Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role

• A Valid Florida telemarketing License or the ability to obtain one
• Authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
