As an Inside Sales Account Representative at Gateway Logistics, Inc. you will build a personal book of customers and help them through every step of the shipping process. What You Will Do:
- Build a book of business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building
- Set and meet daily, weekly, and monthly load/margin goals
- Understand customers’ needs and provide customized solutions
- Communicate with our operations team to ensure your customers’ freight delivers on time
- Utilize prospecting tools to generate your own leads
- Keep your customers updated on the status of their shipments
- Keep yourself current on market trends to best provide rates to customers

Qualifications:
