Inside Appointment Setter (Hourly plus Commission)

Now hiring Inside Appointment Setter. Work out of our new Peoria location. $17 per hour plus commission.
This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success via a solid base pay, plus an aggressive commission. This position is responsible for engaging potential customers via phone, text, and email, in the goal of setting a Solar Energy appointment with one of our knowledgeable Energy Consultants.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cold call, text, or email potential clients.
- Provide Solar information to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Keep a detailed log of contacts in our company database.
- Help increase and expand our sales territory.
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
- Additional duties required as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in sales or cold-calling, or other related fields required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
