Company Summary
This company was founded in 1993 as an engineering and electronic product development company focusing on high-performance analog-based equipment including instrumentation, signal processing, wideband, radio frequency (rf) circuits and equipment. Since then, they have greatly expanded their engineering repertoire and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). Most of the products they manufacture are complex and packaging intensive.

What an Inside Account Manager will do:

• Review and sign off on quotes to ensure that quote meets all customer requirements
• Support all internal quote activity as needed with documentation, purchasing, engineering, and scheduling to ensure quotes completed thoroughly and accurately and in timely manner
• Work with customers, sales administration and scheduler on all push outs, pull-ins, on-hold notices to ensure all procedures are followed completely and accurately for each
• Manage internal and external customer expectations regarding production schedules
• Create, track & coordinate all customer related change notices internally and externally to ensure customer documentation and ATC documentation match and changes are followed throughout the assembly production process
• Track and coordinate all RMA’s or any quality related issues in from customers to ensure complete resolution of issues both internally and externally
• Collaborate and work with other departments on any customer related issues
• Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) – Provide record of meeting, summary of action items and corrective action items and manage action items through to completion
• Schedule internal preparation meeting and ensure that all staff is equipped and prepared for each QBR customer meeting

What you need to be an Inside Account Manager:

• Minimum 3 years of experience required in electronic manufacturing industry
• Experience tracking and managing multiple details within multiple projects & priorities simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with different internal and external partners to complex solves customer issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to write effective and accurate reports & business correspondence
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form #MetroTopJobs
