Our dynamic Innovation global Centre located in Barcelona – Spain is looking for fresh talents ready for a journey through home care product innovation
INNOVATION TRAINEE
The Intern will collaborate with our technical experts on the search of new applied technologies and start-ups, innovation projects development, insourced products, patents search and creative writing.
Activities to support:
- Contribute to development of projects for new products and concepts
- Project activities tracking and administrative work for new products
- Manage internal communication within kdc/one home care departments and external parties for assigned tasks to ensure that new products go forward
- Identify start-up companies owning potential new applied technologies, aligned with the strategic focus of the Company. (Join & Win, TAT, Patents)
- Maintain and open new communication channels with external partners and innovation entities (Join &Win, TAT, Patents)
- Patents: state of the art analysis, new patents writing
- R&I activities: shipments, documentation, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree preferably in Engineering or Product Design.
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Good Communication, good relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Well organized, dynamic, and able to multitask and change focus quickly when required.
- Self-motivated: pursues knowledge acquisition and skill enhancement opportunities.
Terms of the project
- Internship: “convenio de colaboración prácticas”.
- 6 months +
- 20 hours/week
