Project Manager / Project Management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• ServiceNow and/or JIRA experience is a plus. Knowledge of ITSM principles.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Create Projects Preliminary Scope and coordinate with the project management team
• This position best suits candidates with umbrella experience within IT, with networking knowledge.
• Good Communications Skills, and able to drive and deliver the tasks individually.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• ITSM: 7 years (Preferred)
