Technical Support: Level I (A12)
Work Schedule: 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, 43 weeks per year
Salary Range: As per the Tech Support Terms & Conditions 2022-23 Salary Schedule ($20.50 - $22.56)
Start Date: 10/10/2022
Job Summary: Main responsibilities include - receive and direct and/or assist callers or visitors at the High School front desk in a manner which is welcoming and directs the caller or visitor to the individual(s) who can best meet their needs and requests. Also provides a wide variety of clerical support with an emphasis on entering, tracking and responding to requests related to various types of student records.
